Relax Kids

I have the privilege of being a fully qualified Relax Kids Coach. I love this programme because it is so beautifully created with childrens well-being at the heart of it. Relax Kids uses a unique 7 step system that takes children from high energy to a calm relaxed state. The programme is so easily adapted to suit a wide age range and abilities.

We run a variety of weekly Relax Kids Classes and Chill Skills for the older ones at the studio, for children from 5-teens.


Little star workshops for 2.5-5 year olds and other Relax Kids workshops held over the school holidays or occasional Saturdays.




I love teaching yoga to children; it is such a fantastic tool for physically releasing tension from the body. Teaching children and young people yoga gives them a great life skill they can take forward into adulthood. It helps develop body awareness and teaches children how to use their bodies in a healthy way. Yoga is great for building strength, coordination, flexibility and balance, as well as a great tool for helping children with focus and attention. Allowing children an opportunity of feeling stillness and calm.
